Beauty and makeup have changed dramatically throughout the years. You can see proof of this in photos from as far back as makeup was worn and notice the changes in time, you can even tell the date of a photo in some cases just by looking at eye makeup.

Just because the latest trend to be worn on the eyes is a green doesn’t mean that you have to wear it as it might not suit you.

I have a few beauty tips if you would like to make your eyes “POP”.

Eyes are one of the first things people see when they look at you. So choosing the right color for your eyes can make them stand out and look amazing.

First you need to know what color your eyes are and go from there.

If you have blue eyes then neutral colors like peach or warm brown or even a cool rose will make your eyes pop. Is all about contrast colors, as brown is the contrast color of blue it brings out the blue in your eyes, just stay away from blue eyeshadow.

Grey eyes need a cool brown or cool purple, stick with cool colors as grey is a cool color.

Brown eyes suit almost every color.

Green/Hazel eyes are an earth tone so you should try orange-brown eyeshadow OR even purple colors as well.

It is also important that you know your skin tone, if you are lighter then wear only lighter colors and vice versa.
